- What makes RDS the “complete package” for you?
Today, many businesses prioritize production above everything else, and employees can easily feel like just another number. At RDS, your effort is seen, recognized, and valued. There is real room to grow, excel, and feel supported by the people around you.
- How does RDS “deliver the goods” to make your life easier or fun at work?
For me, the most important one is to feel heard, because having a voice in a workplace is definitely not that common. Feels like your ideas have a place, is amazing
- How do you “deliver the goods” to make RDS customers happy?
To me is finding the best ways to represent the brand across social media and digital platforms, what you feel as an employee is what you create and post. If someone sees a RDS post, they see the amazing team that is behind the brand.
- When you’re not at work, what “transports” and fulfills you?
I consider myself a bookworm, so I try to read every day. My favorite genres are drama and history, but sometimes I like to read a little bit of romance. I love to spend time with my pets, my friends and family. Love going to the movies, swim, go to the gym, and discover new places to eat and visit.
