We Got ‘Jack’d’ When Jack Daly Came to Town! When Jack Daly speaks, business people owe it to themselves to listen. He’s smart, engaging and empowering. Recently, more than 100 business leaders, sales managers and sales representatives from the New York City area packed a conference room at the Harvard Club to listen to a presentation by Daly titled, “The Proven Path to Hyper Sales Growth While Living Life by Design.”
Jack Daly is one of the leading sales trainers and speakers around the world. He’s a New York Times and Amazon best-selling author, who has written 10 books.
Those who attended the event came from organizations that included: the Young Presidents’ Organization, Entrepreneurs’ Organization, The Long Island City Partnership, Queens Chamber of Commerce and EANYC.

Speaking of motivational people, there’s no one we find more inspiring than our mothers. You truly are the hearts and souls of our families, teach us how to go about living our lives with purpose, honesty and compassion, pick us up when we are down and even put us in our places when we need it.

We love introducing members of our team to all of you. This month, we’re focusing our Employee Spotlight on Melissa Bekka, our human resources coordinator. Melissa is so good at what she does and is always working her “magic” for RDS.
Recently, she and her husband, Tre, visited Las Vegas. As a special treat, Larry Zogby arranged for them to enjoy a show and private meet-and-greet at the MGM Grand with magician David Copperfield, one of RDS’ favorite clients. Now that’s a magical moment!

What makes RDS the “complete package” for you?
I would have to say the work-life balance makes working at RDS the complete package for me. For me a good work-life balance is crucial to not only my family and I, but to the company as well.
How does RDS “deliver the goods” to make your life easier or fun at work?
The culture of the company makes working at RDS enjoyable. The culture is relaxed and fun. Everyone who works here feels accepted and has a sense of belonging.
How do you “deliver the goods” to make RDS’ customers happy?
Part of my role is recruiting. When recruiting, I’m looking for people who will fit the company’s core values and represent RDS in the best way.
When you’re not at work, what “transports” and fulfills you?
What fulfills me outside of work is spending time with my husband and two kids. I also really enjoy shopping!

RDS has been a fantastic delivery partner in New York and surrounding areas for my video production company. Just came upon RDS Same Day Delivery the other day when I urgently needed a package delivered the same day. Their customer service is great; and Sofia is super helpful and responsive! Their service was fast, and the delivery person I met was pleasant. The email alerts include the name & picture of the person who is handling the delivery, and I received notifications when the package was delivered as well. I will definitely be using this service again.
Sofia and Larry are the BEST! They couldn't help me because I needed refrigerated trucking...so they set me up with 5 great refrigerated options! Awesome people!
