Investment in technology is one of our greatest assets. We are always on the lookout for the best techniques to further improve and streamline our process. This month, we are excited to implement another new release: Auto Dispatch. This latest advancement will speed up the pickup and delivery processes and give us quicker access to time-sensitive information.

Our new home
By the end of 2018, we knew we had outgrown our location. So, in early February, we relocated to Long Island City—a move that has proven to be more than ideal. Our prime new spot is larger, more accessible to major routes and highways, and perfectly suited for continued growth. We are super thankful for our new space, where the RDS brand is alive and energizing.
