Our responsibilities were many and varied. And we executed without a hitch. Here’s how it worked:
- We input the delivery data into our portal, where the client also can see it and monitor the progress of the merchandise along the way.
- We called 2,400 of our client’s customers to schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
- Behind the scenes, our delivery experts optimized the most efficient routes to get the job done on time, every day.
- Our messengers set out to safely pick up old tablets and deliver new ones to all 2,400 customers.
- Back at our facility, we reset and sanitized the old tablets and then shipped them back to our client.
- The RDS warehouse employees and messengers used our scanning technology every step of the way so that our client could keep tabs on the progress via our customer portal.
