RDS feels like a complete package that I ever wished for. The team, the environment and the trust which are a part of the culture here, have been so encouraging. Every day is like the bright color of our brand (never dull) always bringing new challenges, but knowing I have a great team behind me makes it exciting and rewarding.

How does RDS “deliver the goods” to make your life easier or fun at work?

RDS makes our work easier by giving us the latest tools, well organized structure, and support we need to succeed. The environment at work and the team spirit keeps things easy and fun, there’s a great sense of teamwork and energy here. Celebrating small wins together, overcoming any hurdles together and helping each other out along the way makes the job a lot easier and enjoyable. This is the main reason that makes me walk-in with a Smile in the morning and walk out with a smile, end of the day.

How do you “deliver the goods” to make RDS customers happy?

In my role, I make sure things run smoothly, from organizing schedules to supporting the team and solving problems quickly. I know that even small details can make a big difference for our customers, so I focus on being reliable, responsive, and proactive. At the end of the day, making sure our customers feel cared for and confident in our service is what keeps me motivated.

When you’re not at work, what “transports” and fulfills you?

Outside of work, I love playing soccer and it is my biggest passion, I can play any time of day and it always lifts my spirits. Right now, I’m exploring the art of brewing beer, with a dream of traveling around the world to taste the best local brews and pale ales, eventually brewing my own little homegrown beer. I also enjoy learning new skills and challenging myself in new areas, whether it’s in sports, technology, or personal growth. Staying active and always growing is what keeps me fulfilled.
