“When I’m off the clock, I find joy in simple things, spending time with family, catching up on sleep, or taking spontaneous road trips to unwind. I also enjoy music and light journaling to reflect and recharge.
Being a dispatcher means always being “on,” so I make it a point to create space for calm and creativity in my personal time.“
