I absolutely loved using RDS. I have a Law Practice and we need to deliver original legal documents across the city on a same day basis. RDS is it the absolute best. They always show up on time and deliver as promised. Their messengers are very professional, wear uniforms and are always very courteous and prompt. Their fees are insanely reasonable for the service they provide. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a same day messenger service or a messenger service for non same day purposes.

The delivery people don't even know the difference between east and west and what address they are delivering to. They don't seem to know how to read. Why use a service like this if the company doesn't hire people who can read a building number or know the difference between east and west?

My first experience with RDS was this week and I am very happy that I hired them to help me with my business’s logistics. Sofia and Karen in the office, as well as all others involved, gave the best customer service with quick replies, patient with all of my questions, and excellent coordination of my round trip deliveries and pick ups. They also provided an insurance certificate so that they could deliver directly to my client’s office on the 34th floor, taking a ton of labor and stress off of my shoulders, literally. I would love to work with RDS again.
