What makes RDS the “complete package” for you?
One of the greatest benefits of my experience as a fleet safety manager at RDS Delivery is the team environment that allowed me to learn from those in senior positions.
Being able to collaborate with them and benefit from their knowledge has been a unique opportunity I likely wouldn’t have had in other circumstances. Through this process, I have gained an understanding of how teams work together in an efficient way.
How does RDS “deliver the goods” to make your life easier or fun at work?
My work makes my life easier and more fun because it allows me to use my skills, knowledge, and experience to create value and solve problems.
I get to use my creativity to develop solutions and innovate, and I’m able to collaborate with my colleagues to get the job done. Additionally, it’s rewarding to see the results of our hard work and to know that we’ve made a difference.
How do you “deliver the goods” to make RDS’ customers happy?
I am responsible for ensuring that our vehicles and drivers are operating safely and in compliance with all laws and regulations.
This is an essential part of providing good customer service and by keeping our fleet in good working condition, we can help to reduce delays and ensure our customers receive a reliable service.
When you’re not at work, what “transports” and fulfills you?
When I’m not at work, I love spending quality time with my family! We often go to the park to play games, go for walks, or just sit and talk. I also love to cook with my sister and niece. We make amazing dinners and desserts that are always so delicious. We also like to go out to eat and explore new places. Overall, I love spending time with my family. We always have so much fun and make amazing memories.
