My first experience with RDS was this week and I am very happy that I hired them to help me with my business’s logistics. Sofia and Karen in the office, as well as all others involved, gave the best customer service with quick replies, patient with all of my questions, and excellent coordination of my round trip deliveries and pick ups. They also provided an insurance certificate so that they could deliver directly to my client’s office on the 34th floor, taking a ton of labor and stress off of my shoulders, literally.
