Throughout the entire COVID-19 crisis, one thing has certainly been clear—people who come together during tough times make a huge difference. Take our team at RDS, for instance. Since October, we’ve been tag-teaming with another logistics company to facilitate the final leg of its deliveries within the Greater New York Area.

When this client began making plans to reopen during Phase Two of the pandemic, we met to discuss other ways we could work together. They now have a hub at our headquarters! Teaming up allows us to share our technology and vehicles and also streamline operations, resulting in the best possible delivery service for even more NYC businesses.

Community Support Boosts Business

Getting involved in your community is always important—not matter where you live. When RDS moved to Long Island City in February 2019, our president, Larry Zogby, didn’t waste any time joining the Queens Chamber of Commerce. That’s because Zogby truly believes in the power of community strength. Since joining the Chamber, the entire team at RDS has helped support the organization and its mission. In fact, while preparing for Phase Two of New York’s reopening on June 22, RDS delivered personal protective equipment (PPE) to the Chamber to distribute to small businesses throughout Queens.
